Come join your friends or meet new ones at the Cascades Club every Tuesday night for a fun and inspirational yoga class, followed by yoga games, discussion and free time.
Yoga is great for increasing strength and flexibility, as most of us know. But it also improves our overall health and sense of well-being, helps us deal with stress and anxiety, and even helps manage moods. It has been proven to help young people from all walks of life gain self-awareness and self-confidence.
Come and give it a try and see for yourself! You don’t need to be a member of the Cascades Club to take part in this class. All you need to bring is a mat or a blanket, and be sure to wear or bring comfortable, stretchy clothes.
