Good day dear fellow-citizens

2- Chemin de la Rivière, changing culvert and building transition near #314. Reshaping of ditch
3- Chemin Pine, changing culverts including a 60 inch near 366. Cover of recycled asphalt between numbers 98 to 130.
4- Chemin Juniper, culverts to be changed.
5- Chemin Beech, from the entrance on 366 to Butternut, hot asphalt cover to solidify the present surface on the hill.
6- Chemin du Ruisseau. number 92, drainage work to build drainage ditch on property line.
7- Chemin de la Rivière, cover of 4 inch of gravel over 500 m starting at number 200 towards McClinton.
Chemin Clark, a geomorphologic study as been completed for a future straightening of the curve leading to the stretch around number 209. A basic cost evaluation was completed by our technical services amounting to between $400,000 and $1,130,000. We will be studying differents ways of correcting that curve.
Other roads (all of Mahon, McClinton, Clark) will be part of the 2014 work schedule and subsequent years. Our unpaved roads are in need of a layer of gravel which will be done in the coming months and years.
When “your public works employees” are at work on your roads, please be courteous and patient behind the wheel. They are very vulnerable on the side of the road.
When travelling on your roads, if you note a problem, please contact the municipality at 819-456-2161 followed by 0, your request will immediately be transfered to the Public Works Department who will act on it as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to contact me if you feel it necessary.
At your service, Yves Doyon
Councillor, Ward 7
